1. Eligibility:
Endorsement: Applicants must be endorsed by an approved endorsing
body in their field. The endorsement is crucial and must be obtained before

Categories: There are two main categories for endorsement
Exceptional Talent: For individuals who are recognized as leaders or
potential leaders in their field.
Exceptional Promise: For individuals who have shown significant
promise in their field and are likely to become leaders.
2. Visa Duration:
Initial Period: Up to 5 years, depending on the applicant's
circumstances and the duration of their endorsement.
Extension: Can be extended for a further 5 years.
Settlement: After 3 years (for those endorsed as Exceptional Talent)
or 5 years (for those endorsed as Exceptional Promise), visa holders may apply
for indefinite leave to remain (settlement) in the UK.
3. Application Process:
